Meet Noah Bicchieri,
Founder/Owner of Arkhive.

After 10 years in the financial industry Noah couldn’t ignore the deep calling to run his small ranch operation on a full time basis. He spent six years working with Wagyu cattle selling beef directly to local restaurants and individual customers. Noah loved raising cattle, having relationships with his customers and partners, and sharing the appreciation for high quality local beef.

Still, he felt something was missing. Prior to being in the financial world, Noah had always worked in the landscape/construction industry. Even on his own farm he was passionate about every project, no matter how difficult or daunting it seemed. Noah truly loved the creativity of working with the land. For him, there is little more satisfying than completing a project, stepping back, and reflecting on what went into it.

On his own farm and with help from many valuable mentors in the farm and ranch industry, he learned an incredible amount about infrastructure and how vital it is to any operation, large or small: from shelter, to fencing, to drainage and livestock handling systems, all the way to forest and pasture management.

The Northeast has a strong farm and ranch presence, but there aren’t many companies that are a direct resource to them. And there are even fewer farm service companies that also have experience working with horses and livestock.

Not only does Noah take great pride in adding value and efficiency to farm and ranch operations, he also shares a deep love and respect for animals.

Although he’s moved away from owning and working his own farm, Noah finds great fulfillment in staying connected to the industry by working with property owners to help their land, livestock, and livelihoods thrive.
